Kane Brown is slated to make a guest appearance in the series premiere of 9-1-1: Nashville, officials confirmed on Thursday (August 7).
Brown, who “proves heroic in a major storyline,” is set to film a concert scene in Nashville, Tennessee, per a Variety report on Thursday morning. The “Miles On It” superstar said on his Instagram story in the early morning hours that he has “a little TV shoot I’m doing this morning,” though he said he “can’t tell you all what I’m doing,” and did not confirm his appearance in 9-1-1: Nashville at that time. However, Brown said “it’s gonna be sick. I’m excited,” as he headed to the gym at 3:45 a.m. ahead of his 6:45 a.m. call time.
9-1-1: Nashville stars Kimberly Williams-Paisley, LeAnn Rimes, Chris O’Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, Hailey Kilgore, Michael Provost, Juani Feliz and Hunter McVey. The newest 9-1-1 installment “is a high-octane procedural about heroic first responders, as well as their family saga of power and glamour set in one of America’s most diverse and dynamic cities,” per ABC. Ryan Murphy, Tim Minear and Rashad Raisani serve as executive producers and writers, along with fellow executive producers O’Donnell, Brad Buecker, Brad Falchuk and Angela Bassett. Raisani is also showrunner, according to ABC.
9-1-1: Nashville will premiere on Thursday, October 9. The show will air on ABC and will be available to stream on Hulu.
