Drink Water and Be Happy?

H20 = Happiness?

A new survey found that people who drink a lot of water every day are happier than those who don’t drink much water. The survey found that you are three times more likely to feel happy if you think you drink enough water.

The average American drinks 5 glasses of water a day, but it seems that the more water you drink, the happier you are. 80 percent of those who drank 10 or more glasses of water a day described themselves as “very happy.” Those who drank no water were more likely to describe themselves as “not very happy.”
