Want To Avoid A Hangover? Train For It...

The easiest way to avoid a hangover is to just not drink. But if that's not happening...

A new study found the best way to deal with hangovers might be to get some EXERCISE. But don't worry, they don't mean WHILE you're hung over.

It found people who don't work out much in general tend to have worse hangovers. They're milder for people who get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a week.

They're not sure why, but they do have some theories: Exercise releases endorphins that up your pain tolerance, you sleep better, it reduces inflammation and it ups your metabolism, which could help clear the alcohol faster.

Whatever the reason, they found regular exercise really could lead to lighter hangovers. So, if you want to drink on the weekends...you better train for it.
